ATZ Pulse — Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ATZ Pulse mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who may use the App
ATZ Pulse is a private workplace communication tool. It is intended solely for employees and authorised contractors of All Tech Zone who have been issued an account. Accounts are provisioned by All Tech Zone; you may not create an account yourself, and there is no public sign-up. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by All Tech Zone to use the App.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify All Tech Zone immediately at dev@alltechzone.au if you believe your account has been compromised. All Tech Zone may suspend or deactivate accounts, including at the end of an individual's engagement with All Tech Zone.
3. Acceptable use
When using the App you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of All Tech Zone policies;
- upload, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
- harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the App to distribute malware or unsolicited messages.
All Tech Zone operates a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Reported content and users are reviewed, and content or accounts in breach of these Terms may be removed or suspended.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App. By using the App you grant All Tech Zone the right to host, store, transmit, and display your content as necessary to operate the service for you and other authorised members of your workspace. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights necessary to share it.
5. Reporting and moderation
You can report a message or block a user from within the App. Reports are reviewed by All Tech Zone, and appropriate action — including content removal and account suspension — is taken in accordance with these Terms and All Tech Zone policy. To report content or conduct outside the App, contact dev@alltechzone.au.
6. Calls and communications
The App provides audio/video calling and messaging over the internet. Call and message quality depends on your network and device. Calls are not recorded by the App. You are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to your communications, including consent to record if you separately record a call by other means.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may update the App to add, change, or remove features. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase, Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and TURN relay providers) to function. Your use of those services through the App is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Tech Zone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
These Terms apply while you use the App. All Tech Zone may terminate or suspend your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or at the end of your engagement with All Tech Zone. On termination, your right to use the App ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections 4, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
